Beggers stoked the secretariat of the Kaduna council of the Nigeria union of journalists at muhammadu buhari way in the early hours of Wednesday 11th may 2016 with a shocking demand that the state's governor, mallam nasir el rufai should fulfill his campaign promises before placing a ban on their activities.
